Mandatory Guarantee Bond and Probation
Probation Period: Appointed officers will serve a probation period of 1 year, extendable at the discretion of the Company. Confirmation is contingent upon passing the non-life Licentiate Examination conducted by the Insurance Institute of India.
Service Guarantee Bond: Candidates must execute an undertaking to serve the Company for a minimum of 5 years (including probation). Resignation prior to 5 years incurs liquidated damages equal to actual gross salary received (up to one year’s salary) plus Rs. 35,000/- towards onboarding and integration expenses.
